RSSA HRCT Lung Workshop 2019
Dear Hanri, Dear Suné
I would like to say thank you for your great help and engagement at my participation at the workshop.
I want to express to you how much I appreciate your help and the flexibility associated with my cancellation and renewal of my registration as well as accommodation.
It was for me unforgettable and indescribably professional experience, that was potentiated by the beauty of your beautiful city and venue of the Workshop.
It was pleasure to meet you. I wish you a lot of nice moments in your private and professional life. Also i believe to see you again.

The Society of Magnetic Resonance Angiography recently held their 29th annual meeting in Stellenbosch. I was the Chair of the Organizing Committee for that meeting.
The meeting was attended by 190 delegates and accompanying persons from many countries around the world, and from every continent. I should also note that my own efforts were provided from San Francisco – perhaps as far as one can be from Stellenbosch. I had to rely on the organization support of a local team. It was therefore of great satisfaction to me that there was unanimous agreement amongst the delegates that the meeting was outstanding in every organizational aspect.
Suné van Rooyen and Dawne Johnson of ConsultUs were gracious, attentive to detail, and brilliant in execution of all aspects of the meeting. As in any meeting of this size, I had to face with a number of last minute unexpected problems but these were accommodated and managed expertly by ConsultUs. I personally felt that it was very easy to share my hopes and thoughts with Suné and Dawne, and they were able to meet and exceed those expectations. I provide them my enthusiastic endorsement.

ConsultUS was the local conference management team we brought on board for The Society of Magnetic Resonance Angiography (SMRA) conference which is attended by 190 delegates.
This conference moves each year around the world and this was the first time we hosted it in South Africa. The SMRA conference has 4 evening events and 3 full day spousal program. ConsultUS focuses on details and has excellent communication skills. Their team ensures the quality of the venue, audio visual and Food & Beverage is above average.
Our team in Canada met with them monthly via ZOOM and even with the time difference they were always available and gave our project the upmost of a priority. ConsultUS know the South African market very well and uses outstanding 3rd party vendors such as Jannie Loubser with Signature Tours for the spousal events. Suné & Dawne delivered beyond our expectations and right down to the local made lanyards gave it a local feel. If you are looking to have a conference in South Africa I would highly recommend ConsultUS! They will save you extensive dollars and bring your conference in on budget.
Cheers, Janette Wallace & Johanne Langford, SMRA Conference Management Team
Dear Sune, Christelle and Hanri, and the entire ConsultUS team,
Thank you so very much for organizing the PERFECT conference! From start to finish, this was the most smooth and well‐organized conference I have ever attended – and trust me, I attended a few…
The pre‐conference preparation was amazing, the social functions fabulous, the onsite support amazing! ‐ The location was simply breathtaking and perfect for a conference of this size!
I talked to many of the delegates and sponsors during and after the conference, and the feedback was only positive! I did not hear a single negative word, and the fact that others would like to work with you to organize a conference at Spier is testament to how well this conference was done.
It is quite a challenge to organize a conference from half‐around‐the‐world away, but you made it so easy for me and the others on the ISRHML team. Thank you very much for making this an ISRHML conference to remember for all our delegates and a wonderful personal experience for me!
I’m going to miss seeing your emails in my inbox first thing in the morning, and having Skype calls with you, Evette and Lisanne at rather unusual times of the day. ‐ Hope we stay in touch!
With the very best wishes,
Lars Bode, PhD

It is now a little more than two weeks since we met in beautiful Cape Town, and we hope that everyone is now safely settled back home, perhaps after taking the opportunity for a few days of tourism in Africa.
As we start to move on to arrangements for next year it is appropriate to finally thank once again everyone who made this such a successful and happy meeting.
Starting with the original proposal back in 2012 and the choice of site and venue, Marnus van Wyk worked tirelessly to make our 2014 meeting one to really remember fondly. He, the Local Organising Committee and of course Dawne Johnson and the conference organisers, CONSULTUS, gave us a beautiful location and with meeting facilities and wireless access that worked perfectly. And of course more excellent food and drink than one could possibly imagine. None of that happens without a huge amount of preparation over many months and it is hard to overestimate the effort that the local organising team put in to make everything ran so well during the meeting. It is the sign of a very well organised conference that the arrangements become so smooth that we take them for granted.
No conference is possible without a programme, and for that we have to thank our 2014 Technical Programme Committee, chaired by Theo Samaras and Phil Chadwick. Starting with ideas from members of both Societies, they constructed an interesting and innovative programme that tried to reflect the broad range of interests within our Societies as well as bringing a few fresh ideas from outside. We must of course thank the plenary speakers, the workshop convenors and the four people who volunteered to give early morning tutorials, but we also must thank the people who presented posters and talks. Without them (you) there could be no conference. We also would like to thank the people who chaired all the sessions, and the people who came to them. It was great to see people arrive for the tutorials in the morning and to see people still there for the early evening seminars and workshops.
The future of our Societies and our meetings lies with students, and the joint Awards Committee chaired by Alexandre Legros and Heidi Danker-Hopfe worked hard to run the Student Awards competition. Their job of course would have been impossible without the people who judged the student presentations and posters – to you as well, we say thank you.
Our personal thanks go to Drs Jeffrey Carson and Astrid Chamson-Reig from Lawson Health Research Institute in Canada; they have been constant contributors whose hard work behind the scenes brought the programme and the awards to fruition.
The quality of the meeting is dependent on sponsorship; without the kind support of MMF, EPRI, GSMA, the US Office of Naval Research Global, ZonMw, FEKO, SAECA, IGEA and EMSS the meeting as we experienced it could not have happened.
Finally, and above all, we would like to thank everyone who came to Cape Town and made it such a wonderful meeting. Even the weather was mostly kind to us, though perhaps not even Marnus could have planned that so well!
Thank you from the presidents
Dear Sune and Christelle
Better late than never – i want to thank you for a real superb organisation of our Derm conference!
It was an absolute pleasure to work with you – there were no Hick-ups or anything – whenever there was a problem there was a solution! Well done – and i will recommend you to my colleagues without hesitation
I wish you all the best for your future projects – and i am sure if we ever have to organize another conference we will contact you again!

We at the Centre for Higher and Adult Education at Stellenbosch University, had the priviledge of working with Consultus to present the second biannual Postgraduate Supervision conference in April 2009.
Throughout our co-operation the service rendered by Consultus was outstanding. From organising the venue, the events, registration and the web-page to finalising the financial statements and arrangements – everything went according to plan with efficiency and good relations that added to the success of the conference.
The professional and friendly service from Consultus, both to us and conferees alike, is highly appreciated and recommended to everyone who wishes to run a successful conference. We shall definitely approach Consultus again for organising our next conference in 2011.

SA Society for Human Genetics 2009 Congress
Thank you to ConsultUS especially Christelle and Suné for their professionalism and efficiency during the organization of the SASHG conference in April 2009. It is a mammoth job to handle the multiple tasks simultaneously (including liaising with the international speakers, payment of sponsorships, venue arrangements, organizing the conference web site and the finances) but somehow you made it all seem easy!
You also accommodated all our requests and suggestions with a smile – with no task being too big. I think that your company played a major contribution in the success of our congress and the fact that we made a sizeable profit!
Thank you once again and keep up the good work!!

10th WINELANDS CONFERENCE 2006
I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the management team and staff at Consultus Conferences for there work as conference coordinators of the 10th International Winelands Conference, 2006. Efficiency, flexibility and professionalism are words that immediately spring to mind and these, coupled with a very personal approach made for an outstanding event – praised by local and international delegates alike.
The attention to detail, the timely response to customer needs and the faultless service, both before and during the

Ek sal die firma sterk aanbeveel by enige voornemende kliënte.

IAP 2003 KONGRES

CPD-WELL 2005 (CONTINUED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR PSYCHOLOGISTS)
Skakel gerus persoonlik as jy verdere inligting verlang.

BELGIAN/DUTCH/SOUTH AFRICAN CONGRESS OF OBSTETRICS AND GYNAECOLOGY: 27 – 29 JANUARY 2005
Amal was vol lof. Jy verdien ‘n spesiale pluimpie want verskeie mense het spontaan vir my kom sê hoe vriendelik ek behulpsaam jy was.
Prof Hein Odendaal

CINP 2005 CONFERENCE
